Quantum-AIP provides full architectural design services from initial master planning and concept design through construction administration phases. Our objectives in the delivery of our scope of services are guided by our client's needs, schedules, and budgets. We welcome the opportunity to work strategically with other firms worldwide to provide design excellence in our professional services while maintaining a competitive fee structure. Depending on the Client's requirements, we can serve as the Main Project Consultants or provide services as Lead Design Consultants if a local registered Architect of Record has been identified by the Client in a particular country.

As part of our architectural design services we also provide Design Management and Project Management services to the Clients and other design professionals to ensure that the original direction and design intents are maintained throughout the design and document phases and at the final execution and construction of the project.
