The Music Village of the Kaohsiung Popular Music Complex proposal is intended as a simultaneous and multi-use facility of hall with built-in flexibility in a layout that is able to accommodate large and small events.

Through strategic use of operable walls, performance halls can be combined and reconfigured to cater to different functions and performances.

The Music Village also contains a large green urban park that will host outdoor festivals as well as live music performances. Its centerpiece is a large elliptical high-definition screen that can broadcast worldwide shows.
