This 28,000 sf facility is to function as a learning center and to become a think tank for historical reflection, research and education of other cultures and religions.

The main project objective is to provide a non-political forum where two distinct cultural groups come together and share their heritages and seek to understand both the unique differences and intrinsic similarities between their cultures.

The architectural projection of this concept is best exemplified by the building volumes symbolizing two different cultures. These two volumes are interconnected by an interactive media wall which is part of the exterior skin facade. The wall's billboard effect projects continuous dynamic images to the urban context to create social awareness.

The proposed facility also includes a small multi-cultural digital museum and provides guided tours of the city to educate the visitors.
