This mixed-use project responds to the programmatic need of addressing the two main and distinct edges of the site.

On the city side, there are four towers containing 3 office towers and a tall 4-star business-apartment hotel. On the quieter lagoons side, there are 2 residential towers flanking the central 5-star hotel.

The project's commercial podium provides connectivity between all 7 towers, which are in turn unified as one integral complex through the evolution of the curtain wall system as it best applies to each building use.

The total proposed development is over 5 million sf.
