The client"s program required the creation of a new residential oasis and resort community adjacent to a high density urban center.

The program for this 110-acre site contained mostly private residential villa lots. A small 5-star boutique resort hotel with free-standing cottages, a small retail entertainment area, and a marina were also integrated into this proposed island community. The peninsula-shaped islands helped maximize sea frontage for each villa.

The proposed design utiliezed innovative landscaping and streetscape to fully boost the marketability of this prime site location. The vision of the project was to reflect a very sophisticated and unique style. The project takes into account the local environmental traditions particular to this region as well as the culture and lifestyle pertaining to the GCC Region.
