This concept design explores the expansion of an existing cruise terminal site with the goal to triple its capacity in the next 5 years.

The 220-acre waterfront peninsula site is located next to an historical area that has been under active restoration and preservation for the last 20 years. The main intents behind this proposal are to create a synergy of uses and to expand new commercial mixes, hotels and residential communities into the direction of the historical town.

The total construction area proposed is approximately 11 million sf.
