With over 2,000 hotel rooms planned and a 850,000 sf multi-use convention facility, the Hotel and Convention Center District at Future City is to become one of the premier facilities of its kind in South Asia to house the needs of any international congress forum or worldwide event.

Connected to the rest of the master plan by an elevated light rail system, the centrally located district is one of the most vibrant and technologically advanced venues that use solar and wind energies to power the building facilities.

The hotel components are closely tied to the film studios and indoor entertainment venues and are located next to the main Festival Walk - one of the main souls of the project and the gathering center of the Mumbai community.
