The main challenge presented by the client for this project was for the creation of a mixed use development that would provide a synergy of uses and not competing commercially with the two large adjoining shopping malls across the highway.

The rectangular-shaped site is at the center of four main road intersections and at the ideal location for a commercial hub containing hotels, residential and office towers. High-end commercial retail and restaurants provide connectivity between the uses at the podium. The site and program options developed during the early visioning sessions included large conference halls and flexible multi-use venues for indoor concerts and sport tournaments.
